Data Export & Privacy Overview

CallOut WMS gives you full control over your data. You can export your information at any time, request a complete copy for compliance purposes, or delete your account entirely. This page explains your options and how your data is protected.

Exporting Data as CSV

You can export your core business data as CSV files, which can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or any other spreadsheet application. The following data types are available for export:

  • Jobs — all your jobs with their details, statuses, dates, and assigned customers.
  • Customers — your full customer list with names, contact details, and addresses.
  • Invoices — all invoices with line items, totals, tax, payment status, and dates.

To export data:

  1. Navigate to the relevant section (Jobs, Customers, or Invoices).
  2. Open the Export menu.
  3. Click the export option to download a CSV file.
CSV exports are useful for creating custom reports in a spreadsheet, sharing data with your accountant, or importing into other tools.

Full Data Export as JSON

For a complete export of all your data, you can request a full JSON export from your Account Settings. This export includes everything — jobs, customers, invoices, quotes, tenders, team members, and account settings — in a structured format.

This feature is provided for GDPR compliance and data portability. It ensures you can always obtain a complete copy of your data in a machine-readable format.

To request a full export:

  1. Go to Account Settings.
  2. Find the Data Export section.
  3. Click Export All Data.
  4. Your export will be prepared and downloaded as a JSON file.

Deleting Your Account

If you no longer need CallOut WMS, you can permanently delete your account and all associated data. This action is irreversible.

To delete your account:

  1. Go to Account Settings.
  2. Find the Delete Account section.
  3. Type DELETE in the confirmation field to confirm you understand this action is permanent.
  4. Click the delete button.
Deleting your account permanently removes all your data, including jobs, customers, invoices, quotes, tenders, team members, and settings. This cannot be undone. We strongly recommend exporting your data before proceeding.

Privacy Policy and Terms of Service

Our privacy policy and terms of service are available from the footer of the CallOut WMS marketing site. These documents explain:

  • What data we collect and why.
  • How your data is used and protected.
  • Your rights regarding your data.
  • Our obligations under applicable data protection regulations.

We encourage you to review these documents when you sign up and periodically thereafter.

Cookie Consent

CallOut WMS uses cookies to keep you logged in and to ensure the application functions correctly. When you first visit the site, you will be presented with a cookie consent notice. You can accept or manage your cookie preferences at that time.

We use only essential cookies required for the application to work. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

How Your Data Is Stored

Your data is protected by several layers of security:

  • Account isolation — your data is isolated from other accounts. No other business using CallOut WMS can see your jobs, customers, invoices, or any other information.
  • Encryption in transit — all data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS). This prevents anyone from intercepting your data as it travels over the internet.
